Why can't I see my steps in the challenge progress?

For Walk15 to track your steps in the challenge, you need to sync your physical activity data with the app. Without this synchronization, Walk15 cannot receive step data from your device.

📌 How to sync your step data with Walk15:
1️⃣ Open the Walk15 app.
2️⃣ Go to Profile.
3️⃣ Tap Settings (top right corner):


4️⃣ Select Step provider from General Settings section.
5️⃣ Choose your step tracking provider and grant the necessary permissions.

Once selected and permissions are granted, your steps will start counting in the challenge. If your steps still do not appear, try reconnecting your step provider or contact support@walk15.app for assistance.
