Why are my smartwatch steps not syncing?

If your smartwatch steps are not syncing with the Walk15 app, try the following troubleshooting steps:

1️⃣ Check permissions – Make sure that Walk15 has permission to access your step data in your phone's settings.
2️⃣ Reconnect your step provider – Go to Profile → Settings → General settings → Step provider and disconnect, then reconnect your smartwatch.
3️⃣ Ensure Bluetooth is enabled – If your smartwatch syncs via Bluetooth, check that Bluetooth is turned on and working properly.
4️⃣ Update your apps – Ensure that both Walk15 and your smartwatch app are updated to the latest version.
5️⃣ Restart your devices – Sometimes, simply restarting your phone and smartwatch can fix syncing issues.
