How are kilometres tracked in bike challenges?
Which devices and apps can you use for a bike challenge?
Walk15 supports the following smart devices and platforms, which can be connected in the app settings:
- Google Fit
- Samsung Health
- Apple Health
- Huawei Health
- Garmin
- Fitbit
- Polar
- Suunto
- Withings
- Oura
To connect: go to Walk15 > Profile > Settings > Step provider and select your platform.
Which devices or apps are not supported?
Currently, Walk15 does not support the following devices or platforms – step and cycling data cannot be synced from them:
- Xiaomi Mi Band, Redmi Band, Amazfit
- Honor Band / Watch, OnePlus Watch, Realme Watch
- Zepp, TicWatch (some models)
- VeryFit, FitPro, Da Fit, Boat, Noise, Fire-Boltt
- Strava, Nike Run Club, Pacer
If you use one of these devices or apps, your step or cycling data will not be transferred to Walk15.
What if my device or app is not supported?
If you do not have a smartwatch or use an unsupported app, we recommend using the Google Fit app. Here’s how to record cycling distance with your phone:
- Open the Google Fit app.
- Tap “+” → “Track workout”.
- Select “Cycling”.
- Tap Start before you begin your ride.
✅ Only after starting the activity manually will the kilometers appear in the Walk15 app and count toward your challenge progress.
